Understanding the stress-related metabolism in dermatologic conditions
The purpose of this study is to perform histochemical studies, protein, and DNA analysis of skin specimens in order to understand stress-related metabolism in human skin in various skin conditions.

Inclusion criteria:
• Male and female, from 1 day old to 99 years of age.
• Adult subjects or the legal guardian/parents of a minor subjects must be able to comprehend and read the English language.
• Subjects diagnosed with skin cancers (basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma), pre-cancers (actinic keratosis), inflammatory skin conditions (such as atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa), or autoimmune skin conditions (such as dermatomyositis, lupus erythematosus, scleroderma)
