Intravenous infusions of ferumoxytol compared to oral ferrous sulfate for the treatment of anemia in pregnancy

This is a study for women with iron deficiency anemia receiving prenatal care at Banner University Medical Center OBGYN. Eligible participants will be randomized to receive either oral iron therapy or intravenous iron infusions.

Pregnant women 18 years of age or older.
Singleton gestation (no twins ect).
Between 20 and 37 weeks pregnant
