Examining the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Treatment, Symptoms and Lifestyle, Among Outpatient Psychiatric Patients
Although several studies have looked at the impact of pre-existing mental illness and COVID-19 among the general public, no current studies have investigated the impact of COVID-19 among outpatient psychiatric patients. This study will investigate how outpatient psychiatric adults & children are affected with the mental health challenges posed by COVID-19 and its impact on other aspects of their lives.

Basic eligibility criteria:

ADULT Inclusion Criteria:
1) Be between the ages of 18-75 years old and generally healthy.
2) Must be patient at Behavioral Health Pavilion at BUMC-SC Adult or must be patient at Banner Whole Health Integrative Clinic.
3) Participants must be able to read and speak English.
ADULT Exclusion Criteria:
1) Participant is under 18 years of age or older than 75 years of age
2) Not a patient at Banner Behavioral Health Pavilion at BUMC-SC Adult or at Banner Whole Health Integrative Clinic.
3) Not able to read or speak English.
CHILD Inclusion Criteria:
1) Be between the ages of 12-17 years old and generally healthy.
2) Must be patient of Behavioral Health Pavilion at BUMC-SC Child and Adolescent Clinic.
3) Participants must be able to read and speak English.
CHILD Exclusion Criteria:
1) Participant is under 12 years of age or older than 17 years of age.
2) Not a patient at Banner Behavioral Health Pavilion at BUMC-SC Child and Adolescent Clinic.
3) Not able to read or speak English.
