Evaluating the effects of cleansers on the skin
This is a randomized control, pilot study. The goal of this study is to compare the effect of various commercially available “sensitive skin” cleansers on the skin barrier function. Transepidermal water loss, hydration status and skin pH levels will be measured at baseline at various time points after cleanser use.

Inclusion criteria:
• Male and female, at least 18 years of age
• Subject must be able to comprehend and read the English language.
• Healthy skin without concurrent atopic dermatitis (eczema) OR diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (eczema) by a dermatologist
